About Me

Who Am I?

I grew up in Warwick, Rhode Island. I attended Toll Gate High School, CCRI and Gibbs College. I spent many years in the Hospitality business before getting involved with Disabled Sports USA and the USOC Paralympics. After 9/11 I went to work for the Department of Homeland Security/TSA and worked as a Shift Supervisor and as an Expert Coordination Center Officer until I got carbon monoxide poisoning on July 1, 2015.

My Hobbies

I have had a life long love affair with horses. Horses are more of a passion than a hobby. My mom told me that as soon as I could walk, I'd  sneak away to the fields on my Grandpa's farm so he would put me up on one of the draft horses for the walk back to the barn at the end of the day's work. To this day, I could just sit for hours and watch my horses grazing in a field.

My Favorite Things

My most favorite things are my wonderful friends and family, my horse Clay, my service dog Charlie and of course, SNOWY OWL MOMENTS.
